People don’t suffer in love they suffer in their attachment patterns.
The first response is to leave the attachment as attachment is bad and practice living alone as everytime we end up in pain and turmoil.
The fact is there can nothing be like no attachment thing here, on this planet. This world is sticky and we will stick somewhere or the other – If not living things then non living things.
So let us work on your attachment pattern rather than self sabotaging ourselves from love in our relationship as love and pleasure is important human need and suppresing it can create many unhealthy patterns in our mind and life.
