Anger is just a result of unresolved emotions.
There is nothing like controlling anger, we need to simply sit with ourselves patiently and ask ourselves ” what am I looking for if I don’t like this? “
There is some disappointment, pain, fear and deep desire, which we are not acknowledging and it is coming again and again on mental surface in the form of anger.
As much we will patiently listen and understand ourselves without giving conditions that much we will feel heard and acknowledged.
This will heal and calm us deeply and there won’t be any reason for anger fits.
