Cry when you are sad
Eat when you are hungry
Sleep when you are sleepy
Just be where you are.
Be Human.
Feel it to heal it. Emotions do not leave us just by fighting or suppressing them. They just get burried deep inside us, creating a low vibrational belief system and come back in much worst manner later.
When we allow ourself to feel them then the natural mechanism of the body is such that they are healed on its own.
