This is our third Chakra ‘Solar Plexus’ Affirmation. This chakra is just above the navel. This is bright Yellow in color and deals with our Personal Power and Self esteem. If you feel strong enough, self confident and have a purpose in life then your third chakra is open and healthy but if you feel opposite then this chakra meditation is needed and extremely beneficial for you.
