Forgiveness only happens when our focus is only on ourselves.
Forgiveness cannot happen if we are thinking that we ‘SHOULD’ to forgive the other because this is right or I am supposed to do it.
That will be superficial forgiveness and when any similar episode will touch again then we might go in same pain.
True Forgiveness is possible when focus is not on forgiving other but focus is on our own selves and we want to get released from these clutches and be mentally free. When this happens then we can work and discuss further.
