We don’t get peace, love and bliss outside by searching or finding. This is a mental trick.
How can we get all this outside when we ourselves are Peace, love and bliss.
This is found by feeling. Feeling of being whole. Feeling a hundred per cent whatever you do.
If you are eating then feel it completely while eating , If you are working then feel that completely, if you are dancing then feel that completely. If you are confused then feel that also completely. If you are resting then feel like each and every cell is resting. If you are laughing then feel it completely.
Feeling present moment fully is being in Self Love. Mindfulness is a result of being in love with Self. Now body itself is a retreat centre.
