Once someone asked Kabeer which meditation you do. He replied that whenever I am weaving cloth,

I am 100% weaving, whenever I eat food then I am 100% eating, whenever I am sleeping then I am 100% sleeping, whatever I do I give my 100% presence in that.

Being 100% present in the present moment is Mindfulness. There is no higher meditation, joy, or peace than this.

We can only receive the gifts of the present moment if we are present there but many times, we loose it as we are either in our past or future.

Memories of the past which still upsets you or gives you anger or takes you in the zone of self-pity or victim mode are like hooks where our mind gets stuck, every now and then. When we heal it then we move forward and enjoy noticing the blessings of the present moment.

Many times, we are not even aware of our emotional wounds. We feel all is ok. One way to find out that somewhere our past is still affecting our inner programming adversely, and we need emotional healing, is that you will plan perfectly but you won’t be able to implement it fully because after certain point your inside will not do as per intention, moreover you will feel stuck in practicing self-love.

The good news is that we are coming up with one day retreat in which we are doing past emotional wounds healing safely with the help of specialized process. This an opportunity to unburden yourself in joyful manner.

I am sharing Mindful practice and affirmation with you, which will help you in MINDFULNESS. These are based on my years of learnings, ancient text research, and experience.

MINDFUL PRACTICE

  • Rather than pushing your feelings acknowledge and name them. Be patient and kind to yourself in this low mode.
  • After this acknowledgement your mind will settle and start observing all the things around you, look around and notice what all your eyes can capture and what all sounds you can listen. It can simply be fan’s voice or some noises from the road.
  • Now mind will start observing things which you feel gratitude for. Make a gratitude list of the ‘THIS’ moment and observe how many opportunities Universe is offering you. How many budding opportunities are there for you.
  • Focus on your inhale and exhale. This process is gentle without any efforts and no efforts are done to change the breathing pattern
  • This process will help you to feel 100% deep peace, patience, and joy in the present moment.
  • As your eyes will capture the beauty and opportunities of the present moment, you will be astonished to see the vastness of the present moment. Enjoy Mindfulness.

AFFIRMATIONS FOR MINDFULNESS

 

I am in the joy of being present in my ‘present moment’ to receive all the gifts which Universe has to offer me.
