Sex is a very important part of our physical journey on this planet.

Not facing it, hiding it, making it a taboo has made this subject unnecessary complicated. My two decade professional journey has shown me, as this subject is not discussed in religion and spiritual platforms, so it has become an area of problem in many people lived. This is the reason we see high rate of crime in this area.

Infact, surveys show maximum rate of crime is found where it is judged, considered to be taboo or suppressed.

This suppression, obsession, judgements, criticism, rejection disbalances Sacral Chakra. Once it is disbalance then a lot of issues are faced in every area of life.

The basis of this creation is Sex. It takes the number of ancestors to procreate you and me then how sex can be unholy. If sex is unholy, then all is unholy.

Even Universe is a result of Big Bang, like many says.

Let us balance our Sacral chakra by understanding the subject and having healthy happy approach.

Healthy sexual life is a base of balanced personality and Healthy relationship.

We are starting with our pre workshop exercises very soon. So it is recommended to join it soon, so you can flow with the normal flow of the workshop.
